All are furnished with antiques and feature beds with plush mattresses, feather beds and deluxe linens. |
Room 1 – This first floor bedroom can host either twin beds or a king bed. The room is a cozy denim blue with Asian toile draperies and bedding accents and period antiques. An adjoining bath features a double walk-in shower.

Room 2 – We call this “Uncle Frank’s” room for one of the Inn’s original owners. A cozy second floor queen room with striking black canopy bed set against a palette of bird’s egg and garden floral accents. Period antiques and a large shared bath with claw foot tub and shower accompany this room.

Room 3 – Large corner second floor queen with soft linen and green toil décor, accented with a cherry sleigh bed, period antiques and private bath with walk-in shower. This room can accommodate additional guests.

Room 4 – A spacious king room with floral Wedgewood blue and white walls, an antique pewter bed and period antiques. Private bath in hall with shower.

Room 5 – Our guests’ favorite! Romantic Judy Blume floral wallpaper accented with a low four poster pine ball bed. Finished with period antiques and large en-suite bath with tub/shower combination.

Because our Inn is small and cozy and one of our top priorities is a great night’s sleep, telephones and televisions are available only in the parlor and first floor hall.

- Minimum stays: Minimum stays may be required during peak periods. We have a two-night minimum stay on most weekends, and three nights on some holiday weekends. However, we will accept reservations for shorter periods if we have rooms available.
- Deposit: A deposit is needed to secure all reservations. You may use a credit card to pay your deposit. Your credit card will be charged the day you make your reservation. We request full payment for all one night stays and weekend reservations, special offers and events. If paying by personal check, your check must be received within seven days after the reservation is made. We ask for a minimum deposit of an amount equal to 50% of the total cost of your stay for all other reservations, with full payment for week-long stays prior to arrival.
- Confirmation: We will e-mail, mail or fax you a confirmation as soon as we receive your deposit.
- Payment: Payment for your balance is due upon check-in. We accept VISA Master Card and Discover.
- Cancellation: We will gladly refund your money, less a $25 bookkeeping charge, if you cancel your reservation more than 14 days prior to your arrival. Refunds for cancellations made within 14 days or arrival, or before scheduled departure date, are given, less a $25 bookkeeping charge, if we are able to re-rent the room.
- Smoking: For the comfort and safety of our guests we are a non-smoking inn.
- Children: Well-behaved children are welcome, however, we are not equipped for infant guests. Please remember to bring all equipment needed for infants.
- Pets: We gladly welcome pets! A daily rate of $20 is charged for each pet during your stay. Pets are not allowed to remain in guestroom while you are away from the Inn. You may make arrangements to have your pet attend day-care at our facility next door at no additional charge.
- Internet Access: We have wireless Internet access available for guests traveling with their laptops!
- Telephones: In keeping with the tranquil atmosphere of the inn, our guestrooms do not have telephones. There is a phone for guest use in the downstairs lobby.
- Additional Charges: Daily charges for more than two people in a room are: Adults: $25, Children under 12, $15.
- Check-in/out: Check-in is between the hours of 3:00 and 7:00 PM. Special arrangements for check-in times outside of this time period can be made ahead of time. If you plan a later arrival, please contact us for instructions. Early arriving guests are welcome to check-in if their room is ready. Check-out time is 11:00am.

- From the South:
Take Route 93 North into Concord, NH. In Concord, take Route 89 North, going north. Take Exit 8. At end of exit ramp, bear left to end of road. Bear right onto Route 103. The Maples is 8/10th of a mile on your right.
- From the North:
Take Route 89 South to Exit 9. At end exit ramp, turn left heading towards downtown Warner. The Maples is just past the cneter of town, on the left after you pass the Post Office.
